At Whites Boots Shop, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn boots in their original branded box and place them inside a secondary shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
